ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Each one of our orders are shipped with 24-48 hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. Most orders take 24-48 hours in transit.

DO YOU INCLUDE ANY PAYMENT INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE?

No, we do not include an invoice with your order just a branded packing slip. 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing hello@retropia.ae and we will track it down.

PRODUCTS

DO YOU TEST THE PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU SELL THEM?

Yes, we test all the products we sell on our site. As these products are pre-loved, they are sold as is but we make sure that they are shipped to you in a working condition. 

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED BUT IS ONLY PARTIALLY WORKING

As these are thrifted items, we sell them as is. On each of the product page we explain in detail the condition of the product.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Each product is sold "As is", hence we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We fulfill your order the moment we get it, hence we are unable to offer any cancellation. Sorry!
