Shipping policy

We dispatch our orders within 24-48 hours.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we cannot amend the delivery address, method, or any details within your order.

A signature might be required on delivery, and someone else can sign for the package if necessary.

If you are away from home to receive the delivery, our courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day.

International orders will take up to 72 hours (subject to your local customs). We ship exclusively through DHL Express. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at the checkout or at the delivery time. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or other fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.
